Target Acquired
The piece is meant to introduce viewers who may be more familiar with games than art to historic works believed to address ideas of virtuality and violence, leisure and game. The question "can I shoot?" comes up when people engage with this work and my answer is "why do you want to?" followed by "No. There are no shells in this virtual rifle and it's not that kind of gallery. but please have a look around."
